At MANA Physical Therapy we are out of network with all commercial insurances. This means that we do not contract with any insurance companies/do not accept health insurance. We will provide you with a superbill that you can use to file a claim with your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement amounts are dependent on your specific insurance plan/benefits/deductible. We accept payment for sessions due at time of service in the form of cash, check, credit or HSA/FSA cards.
